Please ensure your email is correct when you place an order. Add us to your address book or check your spam folder. If there is still no confirmation email, please Contact Us.

We use SF Express to ship orders, which comes with tracking and generally arrives in 5 – 15 business days from the shipped day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number and tracking link once your order(s) has been shipped out and all tracking numbers are collected.

All orders are generally processed in 2 – 4 days and then shipped out to you.
*The order processing time can take up to 7 days before ship out when we sometimes experience very high order volumes.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
