You may experience a delay in receiving your package due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. The delivery time might be extended another 15-30 days.

We offer Free International Standard Shipping for all orders.
All orders are generally processed in 2 – 4 days and then shipped out to you. We provide standard shipping for our free international shipped orders, which comes with tracking and arrives in 10 – 20 business days from the shipped day.
*The order processing time can take up to 7 days before ship out when we sometimes experience very high order volumes.
If you notice any errors in your shipping address, please notify us right away.
We are unable to make any changes once the order has been shipped.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number and tracking links once your order(s) has been shipped out and all tracking numbers are collected.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
We ship to more than 200 countries all over the world, includes EU (26 countries), Russia, United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Argentina.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipping times. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.
